§ 1 Terms of Use

Konexa welcomes you. The following Terms of Service, which may be updated by time to time without notice you administer the demands of Konexa Community (below named konexa) by user or member.

§ 2 Acceptance of terms

With the registration the user becomes a member of this service and agrees to all terms of service as long as he will cancel the membership in written form. He have to read and accept all items listed in this contract. The entries in registration process have to be correct. Every person only have to register once.

§ 3 Cancellation

The contract can be cancelled any time by the member or konexa without giving reasons. A breach of the rules can lead to the immediate cancellation.

§ 4 Data

The personal datas transfered to konexa will not be passed to third persons unless it is necessary for the operating of this side (etc. server, hoster). The member will accept, that his data will be registered and saved in a database. In spite of accurate commerce with the data, third persons can illegal gain access to it as internet isn't secure so far. The member or user accepts, that konexa can save the IP-Adress and the corresponding date in a database for unknown time, particularly when a user or member will public a report.

§ 5 Costs

The use of konexa service is totally free. But conexa will reserve the right to make the service with costs. All members will be instructed then.

§ 6 Duties of members

The member is responsible for his produced or published reports. The member have to hold the rights of his published material, content or pictures. eMails, other messages or personal data have to be handeled confidential. An abuse of konexa is prohibited. Respect the following items:

• You don't have to publish racist, pornographic, abusive, despleasing material or other reports which violate against acceptable law.
• The published items have to be good in respect of content.
• Disproportionated declerations of a product or pricing is not allowed. But you can present your product in an according article in respect to the intention of konexa when the topic comes to the fore. The number of outgoing links in an article is limited to two.

A contemption of these rules can lead to a cancellation of the membership and the member can be prosecuted by law. A detected contemption leads to a claim for compensation of EUR 2.500,-.

§ 7 Exemption

The members are bounded to absolve konexa from every claims of compensation and accountability in any way. That is compensation due to defamation, hurted personal rights or failure of service. The causing member have to compensate for occured costs.

§ 8 Content

Any report reflects the beliefs of the author, so that only the author is responsible for the content. The users or members pledge, not to publish content which is prohibited by law or hurt personal right. A violation leads to cancellation and blocking. The users and members allow the moderators and operator of this website to delete, move, block or change their items.

§9 Raffle

The raffle is a voluntary service by konexa. For this reason members have no legal right to claim for missed out profit. The compelling entitlement for compliance is not applicable. Before the raffle starts we reset all user points and only these points will be counted which the members earn in the announced period.

§ 10 Preface

The regulation does apply to german right. A void condition have to be replaced by a valid one with similar intention. All other conditions stay although valid.
