Communities in Web 2.0

Archived under

The Web 2.0 is formed by communities and social networks such as
Gojol.com. A few years ago the internet was just static. A webmaster put his contents into the net and you as user could hardly modify them. But with Web 2.0 and with it the possibility to participate in the development of the internet came.

Gojol.deThe term was shaped by the publisher O'Really and refers to the trend of the internet to be a common information platform where knowledge is exchanged and discussed. Who do understand the Web 2.0 can benefit such as the big search engines, social networks, video portals or communities. Many offers are free as they are financed by advertising. Website operators fight for the favor of users and hope for much revenue with little work. The hope is not entirely unjustified as some examples show. But the majority of them look deflated into their statistics. It is increasingly difficult for newcomers to enforce against the global player. Currently the search engine Google is the pioneer in internet dominance. No other company creates such a traffic (visitors). So it is hardly surprising that many competitors use search engine optimization (SEO) for a good ranking in the search results. The higher the position the more users the own website will have.

Thousands of Websites are created daily. One of them is Gojol.com. Gojol combines the functionality of a social network with the functions of a dating site. Features are messaging, event handling, video and photo upload, a marketplace and many other features. In future there will be a livechat included. The best: Gojol is totally free.
